Today marks an important milestone for Chorus as we join Brands at Work Group, a collaboration that feels right both strategically and personally.
Since Chorus was founded in 2017, we’ve built our reputation on creating work that people connect with emotionally: brand experiences, activations, designs and communications that are felt, not just seen. That work has taken us from Hammersmith to global brands including Johnnie Walker, The Macallan, Montblanc, EY and Woodford Reserve.
This next step gives us momentum to keep building, carefully and confidently, while protecting the things that make Chorus what it is.
Brands at Work brings deep expertise in strategic storytelling, employee engagement and B2B communications, working with clients including Deloitte, Novartis, Arm, BT, S&P and AB InBev. Chorus brings a different but complementary creative energy, rooted in strategy, brave design and emotion-led brand activations. Together, the two agencies create a more connected offer for clients across internal engagement, B2B communications and large-scale consumer experiences.
For us, this has never been about growth for growth’s sake. It is about shared values, mutual respect and real ambition for what comes next.
Chorus will continue to operate under its own name and leadership, with Cassidy Knowles continuing as Founder and Managing Director. The independence, agility, creative edge and “boutique bite” that have shaped the agency to date remain central to how we work.
As Cassidy shared when the news was announced:
“The past few years have been a ride. Building, protecting and growing something in this climate has taken resilience, belief and a great deal of support. This collaboration gives us momentum to move forward with confidence, without losing who we are.”
That sentiment sits at the heart of this moment.
We’re proud of what Chorus has become, and proud of what Cassidy Knowles and Andrew Perrott have built together. We’re also grateful to the clients, partners, collaborators and friends of the agency who have supported Chorus across each stage of its growth.
As Karen Kadin, Co-Founder of Brands at Work, put it: “Chorus brings a different kind of creative energy. They know how to take an idea and make people feel it.”
That is the part we intend to protect.
The scale may be growing. The spirit remains Chorus.
Onwards.
